DELIVERY POLICY
Right now our services center mainly towards the Leeward side of O'ahu. Deliveries outside of the Leeward area of O'ahu, including past Kapolei of the Leeward side, will have a delivery fee of $5.00-$10.00 depending on the distance. If you request delivery, you must first pay for your product via Venmo. We will inquire with you with an available time to meet, we do not wish to leave products at houses or locations, unless we made a consensual agreement. We will call/txt when we leave products to confirm our delivery, but we are not responsible for stolen products after the delivery has been made.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We will do our best to coordinate with you to pick and choose your individual plant baby from our inventory through photos. Once you have chosen and paid for your product there will be no returns.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Cash or Venmo. Venmo will be given to you after you have chosen your plant baby.
